Master Builders CPC40110 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) qualification is designed to enable potential builders and others in the industry to improve their building and construction project management and business management skills.
The course will also formally recognise skills already gained through on-the-job building and construction project management experience through a process called Recognition of Prior Learning.
Upon successful completion of either of these programs, you will achieve a nationally recognised qualification in CPC40110 Certificate IV Building and Construction (Building).
Master Builders offers two delivery options for this qualification:
This program is delivered in seven (7) modules over 21 classroom days. During the program you will be assessed on structured knowledge questions, written project based tasks and your performance of practical tasks.

DURATION
This program is delivered over 21 classroom days. You will be required to attend all classes and complete all assessments within 12 months of your first class.

This Onsite RPL program involves the demonstration and assessment of your skills, knowledge and experience. The RPL process involves a Master Builders Assessor visiting you at your worksite to conduct practical assessments while you perform construction project management tasks.
During the program, you will also be assessed on structured knowledge questions and receive guidance to gather and compile a portfolio of evidence required to demonstrate competency in CPC40110 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building).

DURATION
You will have a six (6) month period in which to complete this Onsite RPL program.

Payment of a $1,000.00 enrolment fee is required upon enrolment, and remaining fees are due one month after commencement of the program. All participant fees are GST exempt. Upon successful enrolment, Master Builders will confirm your fee for this course.
